Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Frequency Builders (Chowk Phullan Wala, 1256, Gali Jarau, Amritsar 143001, Punjab, India), which operates FreqDine, and the restaurant business that uses it. By creating an account or using FreqDine, you accept these terms on behalf of your restaurant.

FreqDine is a point-of-sale and billing platform for restaurants. It covers menu management, table and order handling, kitchen tickets, GST billing and receipts, WhatsApp bill delivery, day-to-day expense and staff records, and reports.

The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its own menu, prices, tax rates and invoices, and for its own GST and other statutory compliance. FreqDine calculates and prints what you configure; it is not tax or legal advice.

You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff, for the roles you assign, and for keeping login credentials safe. Tell us promptly at support@freqdine.com if you believe an account has been misused.

Do not use FreqDine to break the law, to send unsolicited or misleading messages to diners, to upload harmful code, to attempt access to another restaurant's data, or to resell or copy the service without our written permission.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are stated in Indian rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes. If payment is not received, we may suspend access to the service until dues are cleared.

Your business data remains yours. You can request an export of your records by writing to support@freqdine.com. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp bill delivery depends on Meta Platforms and on your own WhatsApp Business account standing, template approvals and messaging limits. Delivery is therefore not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for messages that Meta delays, blocks or fails to deliver.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

You may stop using FreqDine at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for breach of these terms, or where required by law — with notice where it is reasonable to give it. After termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable period, so export anything you need first.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Amritsar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
