Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. About the service
FreqDine is a monthly subscription restaurant billing software, operated by Frequency Builders, Amritsar, Punjab, India.
2. Subscription and billing
The subscription is billed monthly in advance, per restaurant outlet. Fees are stated in Indian rupees.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the app, or by emailing support@freqdine.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and there are no further charges after cancellation.
4. Refunds
There are no pro-rata refunds for partially used months.
Refunds are issued only in these cases:
- Duplicate payments.
- If the service was unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
